Our Paws Off Pilsner is back! This light and simple but delicious lager is made with High Country Pilsner malt from @montanacraftmalt , hopped with Mittlefruh German hops, fermented out with a German lager yeast and poured with pleasure by our great taproom staff. Now on tap! After three months of alchemy and incantations, we present to you “Dark Magic”, our 6.75% abv Schwartzbier (German Black Lager)

Made from a base of locally-grown and -malted Pilsner malt from @montanacraftmalt , with imported German Munich and Vienna malts. Most of the color is derived from a touch of de-bitterred black malt, for a very light, subtle roast that doesn’t get in the way of that clean, cold-fermented drinkability.

It looks like a winter beer but drinks like a summer beer. Perfect for this shoulder season where we want the best of both worlds.

(P.S. I’m so damn proud of this beer!)

Pictured is the Montana Mule; 1889 Whiskey, lime and ginger beer, in a copper mug.
Its beauty and elegance lies in its simplicity, which allows the flavors of the whiskey to really shine through.

This is a must-stop whenever we’re in Bozeman, and fir very good reason.
Friendly service, comfortable atmosphere and excellent spirits are the perfect ingredients for an exceptional experience!

Irish Twins Imperial Irish Red Ale is the sister beer to Pburg’s Session Irish Red (of the same name), first brewed allllll the way back in 2019.

This is definitely a delicious, malt-forward red ale described by Draught Works as an “easy drinking celebration of friendship and camaraderie in a pint.”

We love it because it’s delicious, and also an example of all that’s wonderful in the Montana Craft Brewing community.
